What Is A Teacher?
Asslamaualaykum WaRahmatuAllah
My umm (mum) was advising me and my brother (we’re both teachers):
“A teacher only has full rights over students, when that teacher wakes up for tahujjud and prays (makes dua) for their students, as a parent makes dua for their child, the teacher is a guardian of their students.
So stand up in qiyaam like the Prophet Muhammad (saw) did for his ummah, for the ulema (people of knowledge) are the waaritheen (inheritors) of the Prophet (saw), and Allah has put the spreading of His deen in the hands of the people of knowledge.”

Masha Allah I love your post sister. You always come up with such wise thing to say and write. May Allah continue to give you such inspiration Ameen.
assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barkatuhu, my aunt (dad’s sister) was a teacher, and so was my grand father (dad’s dad). May Allah grant ‘em both maghfirah.
They were both the best teachers, just unfortunate that I never got to be their student. I suppose I was student in the school of life. Alhamdulillah, I learnt a lot from them.
May Allah reward all teachers for their sincere intentions, their efforts – both fruitful, and non-fruitful, and forgive them for their shortcomings, ameen.
Ameen Ya Rabbal Aalameen
